Along with the many martial arts programs offered here at the Mission Viejo USSD martial arts studio, we provide numerous specialty courses as well. There is weekly women’s self defense, monthly girl/boyscout, and military/law enforcement classes as well. Our professional instruction goes beyond the studio too. We are involved with the local YMCA, PTA, and summer camp directors doing on site bully prevention, and stranger danger courses.
